Thereafter, he got enrolled at the prestigious seminary, Darul Uloom Deoband for higher education where he benefitted tremendously from the greatest scholars of the time. Being the son of the illustrious scholar, Shaykhul Islam Mawlana Hussain Ahmad Madani, the scholars at Darul Uloom Deoband devoted great attention to his spiritual and academic development and progress.

From amongst his teachers was Hazrat Mawlana Naseer Ahmad Khan Sahib. Hazrat studied many classical books under his tutelage such as sharhul aqaa’id, musaamirah and maqamaatul hariri.

1964/1383 A.H: He completed his studies at Darul Uloom Deoband, having studied the Sahih Al Bukhari under Hazrat Mawlana Sayyid Fakhruddin Ahmad Moradabaadi.

Hazrat also served as the naazim e ta’limaat (Directorate of Education) for Darul Uloom Deoband for a period of time, a post that was unanimously delegated to him by the Shura (council members) of Darul Uloom Deoband. He displayed such excellence during his tenure as naazim e ta’limaat that the effects and progress he brought to the standard of education are witnessed till this day. A great example of this is the consolidation of the education at the beginner levels and the department of memorization of the Holy Qur’an – symbolizing his great interest in establishing the students’ foundation before they advanced to higher levels of education

Allah Ta’ala had planned great work to be taken from Hazrat, as one of the most renowned seminaries of the world, Darul Uloom Deoband, had requested the services of Hazrat. For a long period of time, he was one of the executive members of the Jamiatul Ulama-e-Hind and is now currently its President.
